Joe I think your photos should be used to help promote Nairn on the visit Nairn website. They are fantastic, I particularly liked the sunsets on the previous blog.

What a joy to see so many well taken shots of my old pals. I used to work at the Harbour and the swans were my sanity.
Before I started every day I would go and feed them.
The cob used to make me laugh with his antics when he saw his reflection in the side of a painted boat, not sure if it was vanity or if he was worried that he had a rival for the affections of his missus.

Hi there,
just thought I would check out your site and I have to say it's amazing! The photos are brilliant. You obviously have a talent when it comes to capturing such beautiful images!
I was in the craft shop and you gave me your website on a piece of paper. I didn't realise just how much you actually do regarding the swans. I think you should be very proud of yourself because if they didn't have you to look out for them, there wouldn't be much left to appreciate! Steph

Hi Steph, Thanks for your kind words, it means a lot to know that yourself and many others appreciate the beauty of the Nairn river and Swans. I will continue to do my best for the welfare of the Swans and maintenance of their nesting island, not forgetting the ducks and other wildlife too !
